Use simple everyday fast-food condiment containers (think salsa, or cilantro from Pollo Loco, ie) to pre-prep your favorite ingredients for adding to an omelet. While we will not be getting into the details of the actual cooking part, this simple recipe is a fabulous timesaver that makes putting together a delicious omelette just so much easier. When you're in the mood for a delicious omelet, and just before you get around to the actual cooking process, just grab the kit from the freezer and set it in a shallow dish or pan of hot water (or 30 seconds in the microwave, in a pinch, and you're good to go. You've just shaved off several detailed, yet time-consuming steps (especially the slicing and chopping part); the rest is a breeze.

Ingredients
2 T Onion (finely chopped)
3 T Mushroom (thinly sliced bits)
2 T Jalapeno pepper (thinly sliced)
1 t Serrano pepper (thinly sliced)
1 T Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
1 T Bell Pepper
1 T Spinach (chopped)
After slicing and chopping; Combine all ingredients into a small condiment container and throw it into the freezer for later. Prepare enough for 3-4 small containers, and freeze all at once to save a good chunk of time later, during the actual cooking process.
